To complement our business products, this platform enables you to create a digital contact card containing your contact information, social media links, websites, and more. Smartphones can easily download your information as a contact. An intuitive dashboard is accessible from any computer that allows you to edit or manage your digital profile in real time. This service is broken down into three options:
Free: An individual account with ability to share & manage your contact card. Manage up to 2 different profiles.

A review-specific dashboard helps track scans, share/manage your review page, and update Tap Tags in realtime. This service is broken down into there options:
Free: An individual account to direct to one review platform for up to two business locations.
Review+: An upgraded individual account that includes review filtration, ability to serve multiple review sites, and more for up to 3 locations.

What are the costs for the physical Tap Products?
The physical products (that you can hold in your hand) are a one-time cost and vary in pricing depending on which of our 30+ items you need. You can see all product options and pricing for each on our All Products page.
For example, You can purchase a Classic Tap Business Card for $9.95 one time, then during setup choose our free digital business card software. Then tap your card to other smartphones to share your contact card an unlimited number of times. Just the one time cost of the card.
What if I want a tap product but DONT want your software on it? I want to use my own service or want it empty.
No problem! Our softwares are completely optional. You have two options.
1) Paste a website URL in the cart notes when ordering. We will hard-program the item to your desired website. No software. Or leave a note that you want the item blank.
2) You may still use either of our softwares (business card or review capture), each has the same feature to be able to redirect to a desired website. This still gives you control over your items, a dashboard, scan analytics and more while also directing your Tap Tag straight to your desired website.
Do I have to buy a Tap Tag, or can I just use the software?

If you decide to purchase products later you can easily pair them to your profile when they arrive.
For Teams, can I add or subtract users as my team changes?
Yes. If your team grows or shrinks you can adjust the number of users which pro-rates the pricing. You may also repurpose profiles if a user were to leave your company, you can change to a new-hire using the same profile and tap item.
Prices are pro-rated as you shrink or expand the number of users.
How do I get the promotion for free Tap Tag products?
When purchasing Teams or Multi-Review+ you qualify for free or highly discounted tap products.
For example, if purchasing Teams for 10 users, you can get 10 custom plastic tap cards for FREE for each employee. Or highly discounted custom steel tap cards, or any item we sell.

How do I setup my Tap Tag? Choose a software to use?
1) When your Tap Tags arrive you can tap or scan them for the first time to setup your dashboard. During setup is when you will choose which software to use (digital business card or review capture). Once chosen you will be offered to choose the free plan or an upgraded plan.
OR
2) You can setup your account prior to purchase then pair your Tap Tag when they arrive. To pair, simply tap or scan your new Tap Tag, then login once.
How do I login to the dashboard?
Is the free plan really free? What's the catch?
Yes. Completely free, forever. No purchase necessary to use our software. You can create a free account now if you wish.
You will always have access to your dashboard, access to your dynamic QR codes, and access to change or delete your profile at any time. No cost.
Tap products are a one-time cost if you choose to use the free software. Unlimited taps. Free to use your item forever.
What if Tap Tag goes out of business, what happens to my products/profile?
Firstly, Tap Tag has existed since 2019 and we have exponentially grown since with no signs of stopping. However, in the unlikely event of Tap Tag going out of business, being sold, or otherwise not existing we will still guarantee the software/products to be active for a minimum of 10 years from the date of our demise.
Can I upgrade / Downgrade any time?
Yes, you can choose a package that works for you when setting up. Login to your dashboard and select the "Plan" tab to adjust your package.

Our store is broken down into products and software. The software is on our products by default.
Firstly, we sell physical products with NFC tap technology. When you hold our items to a smartphone (by tapping to it) they transfer data wirelessly. This tap sharing technology is in 95% of our products (anything that says "tap" in its description like a tap card, tap keychains, tap bracelet, or tap sign).
The data transferred can be a website, contact card, review page, or.. anything. We provide an easy-to-use software on all items to program your card, manage its contents, and share with ease.
The software comes with two options, you may choose either option when setting up your Tap Tag. One option is designed to create, share, and manage a contact card so others may save your contact into their phone. The other option is designed to help you share your review page to capture more reviews.
