How does pricing work?
You can choose either monthly or yearly pricing. The pricing is based per user.
An example of yearly pricing: The first 1-100 users is $2.50 per user per month. $2.50 x 12 months = $30/year per user. If you needed 15 users this would equal $450/year total and would come with 15 free or highly discounted tap cards.We have put together a slide scale for you here.
Do I need to have physical product to use Teams?
Nope! You and your employees can use Teams without having it attached to cards.

Is Teams required for bulk purchasing of Tap Tags?
No, each user can setup and manage their own FREE account disconnected from any outside management. They are their own entity.
Is this an app?
This a web-based program that you can log into from any mobile or desktop device. No app required.
How do I link my employees to my dashboard?
We can do this for you in production, or you can use our bulk import feature, or you can have employees add themselves by tapping their Tap Tag for the first time.
Is there a free version of Teams?
There is not a free version of Teams. Our free option allows your users to setup and manage their own individual account separate from a central dashboard.
However, you can try Teams for one full month for free by creating an account then using code WELCOME30 at checkout.

If you forgot your password there is a helpful "Forgot Password" option on the login screen . If you forgot your email or need further help email us your full name and email to support@taptag.shop.
How do I set up Google Analytics?
Our system offers its own reporting on scans, first-tim visitors, contact downloads, button clicks, locations, and more. However if you want more in-depth reporting you can link with Google analytics.
