About the dynamic QR code?
This product comes with a dynamic QR code. "Dynamic" means that the QR can be changed and updated.
We ship this product with a ready-to-setup QR code, so all you have to do is scan the QR for the first time to add your review link. Then you can login to your dashboard and change your QR whenever you want.
The QR is synced with the tap function. So any updates from the dashboard affect the tap & QR in realtime.

Can the cards be printed in color?
No, our metal cards come engraved only. For full color cards- we suggest our Full Color Plastic Card
Can I add my own graphics?
Yes, this item is completely customizable on the front. Scroll down and hit the yellow "Customize and Add to Cart" button to begin.
Can I customize the back?
This product has a large NFC chip on the back offering a full scanning radius of the card and therefore can no be customized. Please see *THIS PRODUCT if you prefer to add to the back.
*Please note, this product has a half chip with smaller scanning radius but is customizable on half of the back side

How do I add my own website to the tag?
You have two options:
1) Leave URL box blank, which defaults to our dynamic free software. Quickly set up your profile in less than 30 seconds now or when your Tap Tag arrives. More about our software here

- (Free) Better customer support, we can help control your Tap Tag from the backend

When will my item ship?
Your custom Tap Tag will ship within one business day of your purchase, even if you order just one tag, or 50. We will get it done quickly and efficiently.
Any design limitations?
The tag is small, about the size of a quarter. We recommend not adding too much text or small details as they may be unreadable. Same goes for intricate images. If uploading your own QR code we would not recommend putting a logo in the middle of it.
How well does it stick?
Very well, same 3M adhesive as a pop socket. It will last the length of your case. You can peel it off with some elbow grease and even re-stick onto a clean surface up to two more times reliably.
How do I setup my Tap Tag?
You may start your free digital profile before purchase, after, or when your item arrives. Create your account here mytt.ag/new-account or wait until arrival.
Can I change where the chip directs to?
Yes, all of our products are reprogrammable using a free app. You can change at any time.
If I get multiple chips, can I get a different design on each?
Yes, our personalizer only allows for one upload at a time. Finish your design, add to cart, then start designing another one.
I'm ordering multiple products, will each have its own profile? Or, can all all of my products have the same profile?
Yes! By default each NFC product comes with its own unique profile.
Adversely, if you order multiple products and want them all to be connected to the same account instead, you will have the option to merge when you set up each product for the first time.
Where do I stick it to on my phone?
Please stick to the bottom 1/3rd of your smartphone.
Sticking to the middle may impact wireless charging, and sticking to the top will cause your own smartphone to read the tag every time the screen turns on.
