Is this an app?
We do not have an app, this a web-based program that you can log into from any mobile or desktop.
My Tap Tag arrived, now what?
1) Tap or scan your new Tap Tag. The directions on the packaging will show you tips how to scan with your smartphone.
2) Your Tap Tag will be in setup mode. Simply create an account or login to pair to an existing account.
3) Follow the on-screen steps to finish your profile.
What if I want a profile, but not a physical Tap Tag?

What if I want a Tap Tag, but not the profile?
Sure! There are are few options you can do:
1) Allow us to put the profile on your Tap Tag, you will be able to remotely redirect your Tap Tag to any website of your choice at any time. Easily changeable. This is a free service.
2) When ordering, you can request a different website link to be programed onto your Tap Tag in the cart notes. Your tag will arrive with your website programmed onto it.
3) You can reprogram the Tap Tag to any website you desire using a seperate free app. This overrides anything you may have on the chip and will erase all previous contents. To reprogram, follow these steps. https://taptag.shop/pages/how-to-program
What does it cost? Are there recurring payments?
It is completely free for all users to manage themselves.
However, there is a cost to unlock all of the features shown on this page and also allow the ability to manage all profiles from one dashboard. Costs depend on how many profiles you want to manage.

What if Tap Tag goes out of business, what happens to my products/profile?
Firstly, Tap Tag has existed since 2019 and we have exponentially grown since with no signs of stopping. However, in the unlikely event of Tap Tag going out of business, being sold, or otherwise not existing we will still guarantee the software/products to be active for a minimum of 10 years from the date of our demise.
