How it Works
Step 1: Add to cart & complete checkout
Once you are satisfied with your Tap Tag design proceed to checkout.
You may leave cart notes if you have a specific question or request for us. We will always email you first if there is an issue with your design or if we have questions, otherwise no news is good news!
Step 2: Build your free digital profile
When your tag is tapped or scanned, it will direct others to your digital profile. Here is an example profile. If you paste your own website url it will override our profile.
You may start your free digital profile before purchase, after, or when your item arrives. Create your account here mytt.ag/new-account or wait until arrival.
Step 3: Arrival of your package
After our super fast one-day production, your package will likely arrive within 5 days after. Overnight and 3-day options available.
Once your item(s) arrive, remove them from their package and scan each to access setup mode.
In setup mode, you will either create your profile if not previously made, or simply login once to pair to your existing profile (directions included in packaging).

This is a great tool to make it easier to share your business info. It’s a little confusing to set up when initially arrived, especially if you have multiple items. I will def be purchasing more soon.
I received my tap tag custom sign and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and appearance. I am on Pixel 8 and iPhones seem to have trouble scanning when I have the tag affixed to the bottom rear of my phone (this might be an issue with my phone case or model) so I am using the tag stuck to a business card in a holder attached to my keys. If buying again I would just get the keychain. The tag works great!! I have already used it numerous times to pass along contact info for people who needed to text me. The free contact page is very customizable and useful. I save the contact page to my home screen so I can quickly generate a QR code if someone has trouble using NFC.
I'm not good with technology so I needed help with the setup. Everyone at TapTag was very helpful with the process and made it smooth and easy. It has been a great experience all around and I was thankful to for the step by step help and instruction they provided as well as being timely in their responses.
