Anodized Steel Card - Premium Brass Card - Pearl While Card - Gold Plated Steel Card

Congrats on your new Metal NFC Card!

Below are tips and tricks to help you get the best experience with your new card.

1) Metal Blocks NFC

Your new card will only work from the backside where the chip is exposed. This is a security feature so when putting in your wallet with frontside of card facing outward you have a 0% chance of someone scanning your card while it is in your pocket.

2) Keep away from hard items

Your metal card is tough, but not invincible. It's best to store it in soft areas like a leather/soft wallet. We recommend to keep away from loose change or keys to avoid it getting scratched. Over time, it is still likely to get micro scratches

3) Cleaning

Some cards leave fingerprints or smudges, kind of like a phone screen. The best way to clean your card is with a microfiber cloth and some windex. A regular paper towel or napkin are okay. You can also use a small amount of non-bleach mutli-purpose cleaner.

How to Scan

The metal cards will only work from the backside with the exposed chip.

The NFC scanner on smartphones is small, so it is best to "rub" or "wiggle" the chip near the scanner 2-3 times for best scan.

For iPhones, the scanner is at the very tippity top of the phone and works from the top-back or top-front of the phone, as shown in the video.

For Androids, the scanner is in the center-backside of the phone.

Store your metal card like any other card in your wallet

Best if stored in a soft pocket like that of a normal wallet or wristlet. If you keep it stored away and used when needed, your metal NFC business card will last for many years to come.

Compatible Smartphones

Most phones released after 2018 have NFC by default. If your phone is not recognizing your card after all other attempts, please check to see if your phone is compatible.
