How it Works
Step 1: Add to cart & complete checkout
Once you are satisfied with your Tap Tag design proceed to checkout.
You may leave cart notes if you have a specific question or request for us. We will always email you first if there is an issue with your design or if we have questions, otherwise no news is good news!
Step 2: Build your free digital profile
When your tag is tapped or scanned, it will direct others to your digital profile. Here is an example profile. If you paste your own website url it will override our profile.
You may start your free digital profile before purchase, after, or when your item arrives. Create your account here mytt.ag/new-account or wait until arrival.
Step 3: Arrival of your package
After our super fast one-day production, your package will likely arrive within 5 days after. Overnight and 3-day options available.
Once your item(s) arrive, remove them from their package and scan each to access setup mode.
In setup mode, you will either create your profile if not previously made, or simply login once to pair to your existing profile (directions included in packaging).

When my signs arrived, I noticed that half of the logo was faded. I followed the instructions in your email, which said: “If your experience was not perfect, please allow us the opportunity to fix it by emailing us before leaving a review."
I emailed as directed, but it has now been 6 days with no response. Because of this lack of follow-up, I’m not happy with either the product or the overall experience.
I've purchased this product before at a previous employer, so I'm familiar with it's functionality and think it provides an easy to use platform for getting more reviews, however the design and printing process isn't really for luxury brands or those who want to ensure their design aligns with their brand or interior of their office.
I attempted to use our brand colors and the tan color printed way pinker than our other printed products fromFedEx or Canva. The sign looks so salmon-colored that we ordered a new one that I designed with just black and white. I recommend using very simple black/white designs for best results, the printer they use must not be accurate with the standards CMYK print files.
I was very satisfied with the quality of the tags. They also went above and beyond and let me know that the image I provided included a typo instead of just printing them as is.
