What is the process start to finish?
We offer a white glove service to work closely with your organization. First, book a demo or submit an inquiry below.
A Tap Tag representative will be assigned to you to help you through every step of the way.
We will create a mockup of your design, choose a tap product that works for your need, then submit the order. While in production we will build a digital profile for you for your approval.
The products will arrive ready to use. We will walk you through the dashboard and always be here if you need help with anything.
Do these stick to fabric chairs?
Yes! Our fabric-safe 3M adhesive sticks great to fabric chairs. We also offer a screw-in option as an alternative.
Do we have to use your software? Is there a reoccurring cost? Can I program my own link instead?

Can I order a sample sign to test?
How do we setup a page? And design our Tap Tags?
Tap Tag will setup your profile at no additional charge. Once approved, we will pass over the dashboard to you to manage and edit going forward.
We will also help design your items. Just send us your graphics and a brief description of how you want your Tap Tags to look, we will send mockups to you at no additional cost.
What are they made of? Are they stickers?
Our products are not vinyl stickers. These are high quality 2mm thick plastic discs. The entire product is an oversized NFC chip with specialty 3M adhesive backing for longevity.
Some competitors with lower pricing are selling vinyl stickers, these will fall off over time and show bubbling and bumps from fabric chairs. Our items feel like a large circular credit card and are designed for durability.
Do you offer discounted pricing for buying more product?
Yes! We work with smaller churches that seat 50, all the way up to larger churches that can seat 1500. We offer affordable pricing with a price match guarantee.
How do the donation services work?
We do not offer a payment service, we are simply to bridge to whatever service(s) you are currently using. Simply paste the donation web address into your Tap Tag profile so users may click to be redirected to your provider.
This is the best way to eliminate added fees and complexity as most organizations already have a system in place.
Can we redirect all Tap Tags during service?
Yes. You may redirect Tap Tag to go directly to any website, so if you want the tags to direct to member signup for the first half of service, and then to your Give page for the second half, you can do this by logging in and clicking 2 buttons.
We also offer a "scheduled redirect" feature which allows you to automate redirects at any time of day.
Is there a quality guarantee?

Does the tap work with all smartphones?
The tap works with all apple and android smartphones from 2018 or newer, which is a large majority.
Older phones from 2017 onward may or may not have tap. It is always recommend to add a QR to your products as 100% of smartphones have the ability to scan QR codes.
As time goes on and more newer phone are released there will eventually be a time when nobody has a phone before 2017.
Can we link to other payment providers?
